The temperature and drying time control is super easy to use. The timer is convenient (no need to babysit the appliance) it's easy to clean and the food is dry enough.
Cons
Either i received a dud or the unit really isn't that great. At 60+ hours at 130 they are barely dried. I dropped my lid when washing it (not far) and the * thing cracked. Bananas sliced 1/8 thick and dehydrated at 125 degrees f are still not done.

I wouldnt pay too much for it and if you are a serious dehydrator user i think you could do better for your money but on sale its and for occasional use i think it can be worth it to some
