This is one of the best toaster ovens out there. It has a large tray which accommodates a lot of food. The tray that fits under the rack is a nice feature as it catches any drips etc.
I love that i have not burnt myself once due to design of swing up door. The door opening upwards is a great idea, saves space.
Cons
The door is quite flimsy. Does not heat evenly. Also the entire product has quite a lot of gaps around the edges where the heat keeps escaping. It can be said to be a defective product.

The knob to choose between toaster and broil the 2 icons are too close to each other and make it a little difficult to set up

The warranty is not that great as you have to pay to send it back under warranty and when or if they replace it then you again have to pay for the shipping back to you with the new one
