Diffuser doesn't fit hair dryer properly to start with, it's a size changing one, but it doesn't attach securely enough. Horrendous product. This is honestly a piece of badly made rubbish.

Packaging/appearance
Only thing i would have liked is if it collapsed down to take up less space when packing as i took this on holiday
