I looked at ingredients listed on both and they are identical word for word ingredient strength even the paragraph at the bottom that shows all other ingredients not listed above in the mg breakdown per item

Does have a nice blend of b vitamins and the proprietary blend is impressive consisting of bamboo extract nettle root peony spirulina alfalfa saw palmetto and barley grass
