They are about a medium bristle (and importantly, the bristles do not fall out. It makes brushing so much easier. Super-user keep individual flossers along in the car too.
This toothbrush is used by hospitals and dental practises. Makes a tiny bit of foaming that is xylitol instead of fluoride. Xylitol is good for your teeth and gums in moderation.

Other disposable toothbrushes come with silicone grip and a thicker and more ergonomically shaped handle and while one could say thats more userfriendly i feel for a disposable toothbrush this is overkill and a lot of wasted material and production effort and last but not least hager pharma is a german brand specialized in oral care and the product is produced right here in the united states
