Pros

Stitching is impeccable and the bands are thick enough to have some good resistance to them. These are 1000 times better than the cheap jessica simpson bands. While in shorts they don't irritate my skin.

Cons

After 3 uses, the medium resistance band is already stretched out and lumpy. These bands are durable but way too stiff for my liking. The grey (lightest weight) stretches ok, but the others are impossible to use.

The youtube videos they have are horrible. Will be returning for refund. Definitely a disappointment.

Even though i had already done my workout for the day when these arrived in the evening i did a second workout just to use them

Packaging/appearance

Package came with a 10 day booty and challenge which is cool and the mesh bag the bands come in is really nice for taking on the go

Competitiveness

Ive tried multiple brands these are the only ones that stay in place

Inexpensive alternative to bigger brands but still elevates a body weight or barre class to build strength

I wouldn’t say they’re better than other bands just standard
