Quality
Sturdy easy to assemble and great build quality
A similar quality bench that would have been closer to £380
Really high quality for the money i paid
Competitiveness
Its bolted together so you get a little movement in the frame but it takes weight my 18 stone weight or 250lbs barbell no problem
