It's bolted together so you get a little movement in the frame but it takes weight my 18 stone weight or 250lbs barbell no problem.

Cons:the safety pins are typically thin.

The sleeves on the high pulley bar handles started slipping out after sets of 100kg+ lat pulldowns and need to be squeezed back into position after a while.

Only just holds 6ft olympic bar .

The instructions are not super clear but to my surprise the rack comes with a straight and a curved bar for lat pull down, a rope attachment (better than some i have seen in the gym), a back rest accessory, some extra adaptive handles (i believe to rest weights on) and it also includes extension handles for dips (not shown in the picture).
