I was able to keep looking at the screen for much longer without having to take a break to rest my eyes i havent got headaches since ive started wearing these and i wear contacts because of aforementioned bad vision and i honestly cant stand wearing my contacts because they make my eyes super dry but i cant wear my glasses with these glasses so i popped my contacts in and for the rest of the day i couldnt even tell i had them in
