I did remove one star because the sole insert that is provided is woefully inadequate at only about 18

The hook and loop straps are sturdy but the tongues are a bit short so the hook and loop is really close to my skin

They wont work if you have a narrow foot

Unfortunately they are not connected to the sides so there is a chance of getting your little toe caught in the elastic and breaking it

My advice is to cut these useless elastic strips out before wearing the shoes
