Back of the unit has a flip down ac plug for recharging. Comes with a built in charger, all you do is plug it into the wall. Charging is easy, as it plugs directly into the socket.
There is a safety switch so there's no chance of zapping yourself while rummaging for it in your purse. This device scares them off.
Cons
Instructions make it seem like you can leave the lights on and then depress the button again to make them go off. Seems like discharge rate varies. Competitors much more rapid and visible stronger voltage.
