Pros

Use this product for long bike rides. Yes, it is pricier than regular gu but i fight it to work for my needs. As a survival instructor this product is highly recommended.

It’s small enough to fit into the tiny pockets of runners shorts. Training for a marathon. I like to run long distances (20-31 miles) and these make such a huge difference in performance and mental clarity.

Strawberry kiwi is by far my favorite roctane, with berry pomegranate in second place. The flavor works on hot and cold days, not too overpowering. Not an over powering flavor.

Cons

It works ok, but the taste makes me gag.
