Just happened to look at main board and found that a screw had fell out of a transistor surrounded by heat sink and was causing the transistor to be loose and spark against either screw or other components on board

But the transistor was still loose

Will now have to pull main board and replace transistor and heat sink so much for quality control

There is just one thing that bothers me the volume knobs are slightly misaligned
