Good quality. Am ordering another. It works like a charm. The customer service is amazing.

Cons

Growgreen expandable garden hose arrived without a storage bag. It started leaking within one year of use. Nozzle hard to turn after three months usage.

Great hose when you purchase it, but over time (about 8-12 mos), exposed to sunlight, this product breaks down and disintegrates. Oh and don't waste your money on the warranty.
