I have only had a couple leak over a little most likely because the biosoaker wants opened all the way like it should have been and it had folded down and stuck on its own glue

We love these for traveling they give us the flexibility of using the cloth inserts at home but disposables when washing them isnt an option

Really soak up a lot of pee and do a great job at holding in breastmilk poops but you need to make sure you position them high enough in the front if you have a boy otherwise hell just pee out of it
