The magnets are strong, i gluded felt to the bottom of them because current covering looked very thin and i value the two vehicle paint.

I'm up and down nasty gravel roads all the time and these hold tight, even on the wash board areas.

Well, after putting them on my tow vehicle, the right one did not function properly, either very dim or not at all.

Have sent back for refund and will probably get harness to wire directly into my jeeps tail lights.

I have a soft top jeep, so optimally the lights should have gone on the sides of the vehicle.
