I live where it is incredibly hot and i get horrible breakouts around my braline to where my skin would feel like it was burning and it would bleed if i scratched it at all

The only thing that provided some relief was steroid creams but they didnt always work and steroids are not a longterm solution

The smell isn’t too bad on my face but after i wash and then leave the bathroom upon returning you can really smell the sulfur
