Pros
Extra long handles allow you to apply more tq. Get the spanner head far enough away that you can use a second wrench as a breaker. I'm not so sure how long the urethane'band'that holds the cam system in place.
Cons
Yes, they grip but if you put a good amount of torque on them the polymer retaining ring inside the closed end will snap out. If you put too much torque, the ring snaps out.

The rest of the bolts cracked without heat

I was working on a bolt for a few weeks the bolt was rounded becasue i used the wrong size wrench on it
