Pros & Cons
Pros
I don't have issues with carpal tunnel or any particular reason to require a wrist rest. No more pressure points in my elbows while using my mouse for long periods of time. This helps reduces carpal tunnel syndrome.
It's a pretty good but the branding is a little over the top, it's a bit pricey for what you're getting but it's very comfortable. The breathability cancels out the heat.

Overall its firm. Firmness is on point. It's a bit firmer than i expected. Thick and rigid, no real flex.
Cons
The front of it is significantly worn, and has severe fading issues, giving it a dirty/scuffed look. But the absolute deal breaker for this thing is the smell.

Would not recommend however if you have a low pro or dsa keyboard basically if the base of your keycaps is at least 34 inch off of the table or whatever you’re typing on this will be a very comfortable height

You only really need a wrist rest for the main typing part of the keyboard left ctrl key to right ctrl key unless maybe you use the numpad all the time
