Pros
The hamper itself is great. No need to dig the dirty laundry out to place into the washer. Very easy to grab one tote and head to the washing machine. I love how the kiddos know where to put everything!
This laundry sorter is awesome! Highly recommend it. But it's not something that has happened to me yet.
The bags are big and removable. My normal loads consist of lights, darks, towels and sheets. The hooks that the bags hang from would wrap around the top frame a bit more.
Cons
At the risk of sounding like ron burgundy, this thing smells like pure gasoline - actually worse. They feel greasy. Unfortunately came broken. Clunky and hard to roll on the wheels.

I just take the whole bag to the laundry roomdump the clothes in remove the metal hangerrod and then just throw the back in there too

Beside of the rough delivery some of the plastic edges are scuffed
