Great pan heavy and unlike most non teflon plan this one doesnt stick

Just do not make them mega hot because it is not good for them and the food can burn on a bit

This really does not ever need the dishwasher though you can put it in

After testing it it performs well on high heats and did not stick as with the others ive tried

However the non stick aspect of it has pretty much worn off and the bottom of it is all brown and burnt even though i throughroughly clean it each time

I usually add a bit of oil coconut oil to cook and always wash it in the sink with washing up liquid never the dishwasher

Also you can pop it into the dishwasher when done which was a real added bonus
