There is space around the solar panel that lets rainwater get in by the battery and short out the board

I took them out a week ago made sure they all recharged in the sun placed them around the yard and only 2 out of 12 worked

To trouble shoot i took one of the charged batteries from one that worked and put it in one that didnt and this didnt resolve the issue

So apparently the light bulb mechanism is faulty on all the others
