For a king sized bed with box springs and a 12in mattress, this bed spread covers it all!
I usually use a bedskirt, but wasn't sure how involved it would be to make one for the adjustable bed.

I order the same bedspread it wasn't long enough doesn't come to the bottom of the sides of the bed.
