Pros

shred the smoked hock or shank meat from your stock and reserve it to stir back in or top your bowls for a nice garnish to the green soup. Very fresh and flavorful peas. Little brown lentils are exceptional also.

Fresh, free of debris, and utterly delicious. The bright green hue is a nice change from the dull green supermarket brands. They are fresh and always tasty.

Cons

Beyond stale and flavorless. The peas stink of it, too.
