Pros

Expensive product but works reasonably well when installed properly. Honestly this is as good as people say it is, if you apply it the way its supposed to be used.

The humming noise is still present but to the point that i really don't care. Google soundproofing. As for those still hearing impact noise (footfalls, etc) from above, green glue and drywall are only part of the solution.

Added two heavy drywall layers over the existing drywall. Next step apply gg another set of sheetrock, due bad odor of gg i didn't sleep in my br for 3 days.

    Adding one layer of 58 sheetrock with green glue to an existing sheetrockplaster shell will only net you 1012 decibles of reduction depending on the frequency
