Love this scale. Perfect for a keto lifestyle. Facile à utiliser. Tells you how many carbs and how much fibre are in everything.

You just zero out the weight of a paper plate enter a code like 0247 for tomatoes put it on the scale and voila it gives you the carb count
No longer do i need to guess what my macros are going to be based off weight and doing calculations to get it absolutely correct

Price is a little high here on amazon but you get it quickly
