    It has a motion sensor and a light sensor so it wont light up if its bright in your bathroom

    So its plenty of time to tinkle at night but not so long that its gonna burn through the batteries it requires 2 aa batteries which are not included

    The only reason i deducted one star is because depending on the potion of you toilet seat it can light up green when it should be red
