Pros

Quality workmanship and price is fair. We love these but they did come with a slight headache at first. Thank you for a great product and fantastic customer service.

Cons

It stops working after 4 months. Very frustrating. After replacing the batteries, the switch is always on. Didn't grind anything.

Ive used mine everyday for 2 years and then it started grinding slowly and the batteries starting getting hot and quit grinding

It was at a really great price point and is an attractive set for table counter or anywhere

I got the usb rechargeable set since it was only a couple dollars more and ive got the right cable in the kitchen already for it

Its cheap and it really grinds tons of pepper super fast

I wish they didnt take 6 batteries each adds to the initial cost but my set have been going on the same batteries for over a year
