Pros
My only real complaint, and it's a small one, is the plastic wrapping around each roll is a pain to remove.

There are little bits of plastic stuck to the tape, but it's covered by decking where i don't see it. The 4 tape width is a little awkward though.

Usually this is where it has folded over the side. This products adhesive is poor. They need to start making this tape all black w no logo.

Quality
The adhesion was very good and the product is thick and rubbery enough to close around the screw holes
Product worked well easy to apply good adhesion
Without this product water can become trapped and possibly lead to rot damage on wooden framing
It was completely stuck to the sides of the tape and you had to pick it off in pieces
Price
This selfadhesive deck tape is pretty pricey but it works well as long as you apply it in temperate weather conditions

Only complaunt was getting it our of the packaging was a little tedious

I used this and the cheaper brand they sell on amazon and menards
I did a lot of research and determine that this was the best product not the cheapest

Anywhere you have cracks where water can get in and stay wet you are at risk of rot

An example that i’ve dealt with is on the outer rim joists where you may have a 2x8 and a 2x10 screwed to each other
