I have it at the lowest setting, so i can't confirm or refute the reviews saying the piston gives out.

The only cons i have found are the smoothness of the movement of the wheels is lacking, and each time i shift in the chair it makes a loud clicking noise.

I can't seem to figure out what is making the noise but my suspicion is the center post or the plate that connects to the seat.

I bought 2 chairs in december and the second one arrived in the packing with a broken caster.
