This is a great teether/spoon that my baby loves to chew on and feed herself with. The clip is very useful so that i can just clip it on my daughters onesie.

My baby chews on this all the time

The end is not elastic so with no handle like on a pacifier it doesn’t fit around the spoon

I tried in vain to stretch it but ended up using one of the pacifier clips i already had

The metal clasp is reinforced by plastic teeth inside

I will admit that the spoon handle is a little small for an adult to use to feed a child and a kid old enough to be using it him or herself probably doesnt need to use it on a leash

But i do like the idea and if nothing else the leash keeps it from getting lost in the diaper bag if that is how you roll

We’ve never used it as a spoon as i think it’s way too small to be used for that at least for one yearold
