Pros
Bought it for my 93 yr old mom. She loves it.
This grabber is easy to setup and fold back to store. Very useful for reaching things in hard-to-reach areas, such as the back of the fridge, or the topmost kitchen cupboard.
Cons
The plastic coupling broke, now it's useless. Difficult to grip items, even leaves and twigs. Not worth the purchase.

Even though this saves my back and legs from bending down or over too much it does not pick up fine things easily such as cutlery

Also i have found that the two fingers dont seem to touch as firmly as before therefore i think the spring mechanism must loosen up over constant usage

My opinion is that the wire that gets exposes when you pull apart the two sections and then fold it up to store it will eventually wear out from being flexed as it is folded closed

I think its too dangerous to lift heavy things like a jar of pasta sauce because you might lose your grip
