It turns out that the instapot functions almost exactly the same and has a much more logically written manual

The last pressure cooker i had was probably 20 years ago and i really never liked it but it was not electric so controlling the heat was more of a challenge

The chicken was fully cooked and so juicy it was literally falling apart

The only thing i did wrong was lock the lid which of course made the seal and i had to release the pressure to get the lid off

That is okay except that the pot was full of liquid and the manual tells you not to do that
