This unit did come with 2 aaa batteries but this is where i took off 1 star because when i used the batteries provided the scale would act very funky and not go back to “zero” after i took the item off the scale

Instead it would stay at the weight and then go back and forth by an oz…it was very strange

Use is very simple open the package and then open the rear battery cover into the two batteries on the table press the power switch there will be an electronic digital 0 and then can be said between 0
