    Because of the multiple air vents on most bike helmets the self stick that comes with the kit is impracticable as there is not nearly enough surface area.

    There were no instructions which would have been helpful but in the end it wasn't that hard to figure out how to set it up.

    There is a strap on each side with a snap down closure.

    Even if by accident if the wearer opened one of the closures when turning the camera on or off the remaining strap will hold the mount in place thereby ensuring the mount and camera won't fall off.

    I found out quickly that a handlebar mount for the go pro was not an effective solution for a variety of reasons, shock and vibration being the primary.

    I just leave it on, and if i'm going to video something, i stick the go pro on it, otherwise, i can't even tell it's on my helmet.
