Pros

Everything plugged in works flawlessly. No more dropped signal and no issues with speed. One needs more outputs for other devices that require direct connection to the router. Solved with an ethernet hub.

I work from home and like many people am home schooling several kids too right now. Meshing them together was a couple hours of hassle. Works great for us.

Cons

Google home app is buggy and refuses to let me add my wife as a manager of the network even though it worked fine when we had the google wifi app. Google customer support has no way of pushing it either. This poor review is for the apple renew refurbi...  Read More

This product is trash. This is very disappointing. Update:do not get this product.

Paying for 600mbps, hardline speeds of 690. They're $300 paperweights at this point.

They are much cheaper and actually transmit the full signal “or close to” throughout the whole house. Our house is only 2100 sq ft and our wifi points are less than 25ft away from the main router.

This mesh network is incredibly hard to troubleshoot. Works great for a few minutes after restart. Not seamless at all.

Quality

I have had no issues at all with the pucks.

I really liked the google wifi app but they merged that with the google home app which i don’t like nearly as much.

We have them in multiple rooms of our house and have never had an issue with the signal, even after 3 years.

Price

Easy to install and a fair price.

Packaging/appearance

The google wifi system just plain works right out of the box.

Competitiveness

I added this to a 3-pack i purchased a few years ago in order to boost network connectivity.

I tried the new t-mobile wifi but it was not compatable with my google wifi system.

Added this to our wifi system to extend the range in our house.

It paired right up to our original google wifi router, the one that looks like a flower vase.

The nice thing about it is that it can be added to the nest wifi mesh network as an additional point that has an ethernet port available for hard-wiring something like a pc or peripheral device in areas where it isn't practical to run ethernet cable or use a moca adapter.

Our house is over two hundred years old and is very spread out so i had to get creative with our wifi setup rather than have the entire house rewired for ethernet.

My provided router would do this thing where if people came to visit it was like it couldn’t handle it so it would show you were connected to wifi but you couldn’t so much as load a webpage.

I love this because i like to have our pcs plugged into a hard line, this way i can still air print because the printer, which is on wifi is still on the same network.
