I originally bought this case to give the pixel 2 xl some extra bulk (because seriously, it's really thin and awkward to hold without a case).

Plus, with the amount of times i've accidentally dropped my phone (unfortunately in the double-digits, eep), the phone hasn't sustained a single scratch or crack on the screen.
