Right now there are not that many apps that i am interested in for me to invest in better vr glasses so this was good enough to try apps out and see the reactions from the family while wearing them and watching the dinosaur encounter

While i have enjoyed my first vr experiences thanks to this device i have gotten used to the vr experience and would recommend this to everyone i know

Qr codes are printed on the box and once scanned allow the cardboard app to calibrate with the headset quickly

The built in nfc chip worked and would bring up the google cardboard app when the phone was laid on it

Once my phone was closed into the head set i was able to use the cardboard app right away

The lenses do give a pretty good field of view

Overall the wow factor is pretty good if you have never tried google cardboard before
