But everything was already cut out and there was a little portion with glue underneath some protective paper on the only place you would have to glue anything

One thing i would suggest is that in the package it might give you a list of google cardboard compatible apps you might be able to use

So once i had downloaded the google cardboard app everything went very smoothly other than the fact that i had to remove the phone from the vr headset to tap any option and it gave options often
