My 15lb dog has a weak or even collapsed trachea so it is important to find a harness that does not come up too high up to his neck and it is not easy

You need to really measure your dog accurately the harness fits around the back of the front legs like most do however it needs to fit snuggly and theres no way they can back out of this one if fit correctly
