Crystal form is considered the purest. I dissolve some in a spray bottle and spray my whole body and hair after a shower as a toner, as it helps with blemishes. Take it at night to wake up with a flat tummy lol.

Not sure of the purity of this sulfur. It tastes like poison even when dissolved. Got major headaches although i upped the dose gradually over 2 weeks. Swollen hands, ankles and knees with extreme pain after taking 1/2 bag of product.

If it doesn't seem to be a heavy-lifter, you're not the only one to think so. Sulfur tasted funny, gave no benefit & is twice as expensive as competitors.
