I really like the build quality of it but i cannot review on how good it is at isolating biceps just yet as i have only begun to use it
Product works well you can do curls without cheating but strapping is very weak and makes it uncomfortable at times
This does what it says strait to your biceps good item very satisfied

I thought that the price was good when i saw it and i am amazed at how well this works for me

The only downer is the strap is a bit naff
