Pros
Some of my drawers are on their third set of sliders. The picture shows the * support fer each row of slides. Back bracket usually has just enough length to compensate for an inch difference.
The supplier is great and product exceeded expectations. There was always a clear, prompt response to my many questions. Will give follow up after project is finished.
Installed on us general tool cart.
Smooth glide, very sturdy and the soft close works perfectly.
Cons
There's no reason they shouldn't be able to close a drawer that small after only 6 or 8 test cycles in a climate controlled shop. Once installed, the drawers don't really self close.
This is totally unacceptable. Buyer beware.

I was really surprised with the quality compared to name brands that ive used in the past
We had our contractor install these slides in our 20 yearold cabinets and we are very satisfied with the result
Suggest getting better quality elsewhere to save some frustration they are however priced cheap
Back to the tar paper shim cut pieces with a utility knife if they are exposed at the end of the project trim them with the knife

I was building new kitchen cabinets for our kitchen and needed soft close drawer slides the ones i bought from a home retailer were twice the price and worked poorly

Replacing hinges that wer too filmsy and always come off tracks

The slides will work a lot better if there is exactly 12 clearance on each side but like a lot of amateur woodworkers i did not have exactly 12 on each side and the drawer binds a little
