This is an all around great product
Hasnt been used yet but it seems like a solid product
Design flaws1 the product description did not mention whether the 4 aa batteries are charged individually or in pairs
The build quality is good and they even sell a cover for it separately though i do not believe its necessary
Price
Given its high price i am disappointed by those design flaws mentioned above

The service was very fast and efficient
Competitiveness
I have used it to recharge a 5200mah external battery
I have found that i can put a full charge on my iphone 5s or about 10 on my ipad 3 with a fresh set of 2000mah cells
After returning from my trip i replaced the batteries with some lower mah panasonic eneloop batteries
Unless youre into 18650 batteries buy this charger

The one thing i noticed with the guide 10 battery pack was it is impossible to remove the batteries using your fingers

I used this and the nomad 7 solar panel occasionally to charge my gs3 nook tablet both turned off while charging and my camera when power was unavailable

First the included batteries are ok

The included batteries drained around 15 within a few days without use although i kept the batteries in the case and didnt block the contacts when not in use

After a month of sitting on the shelf the eneloops charge are still near 100 even without blocking the contacts

I used a universal usb cable which might have limited the charging current to my phone but it still got pretty hot when charging

Third for the size of the unit you could get a big mah li ion battery pack that would probably charge my s3 34 times
