The book’s subtitle is “free your body and mind from the afflictions of civilization. The brilliance of the book is how it vividly illustrates the myriad ways that we simply operate better on all levels.
This isn't dripping with footnotes and numbers, and i suspect that is by design. It contains many latest researches which is priceless. Well researched and easy to read.
Highly recommend this book to anyone who is serious about reversing the negative effects of, essentially, the domestication of humans.
Go wild combines the best elements of those previous books and exceeds them.
Cons
Don't waste your money. Eat little to no grain. Running on hard surfaces rather than grass and hiking trails can be discouraging.
