I LOVE this product. I first came across it at Marshalls—seems like many other people did as well. It take a couple of days to work, but once it does, you know it. I would stay close to a restroom (not the time for a long hike). I use it once every few months for bloating and to jumpstart loss of a few pounds. Tastes great hot or cold...I prefer it cold simply because I can drink it faster. I drink it when I wake up before I eat. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because last time I used it, t honestly didn’t work well. I’m not sure if it was a bad batch or if it was possibly my error—not sure I stayed very well hydrated, avoided alcohol, etc. Overall, I recommend it for anyone who wants to “reset” their system, lose a couple pounds before an event, or as a motivator for a healthier lifestyle.  Read Less

Love this stuff. Doesn't exactly taste great but I put it in my green tea every morning with 1 sugar and it's fine. It's better then those cleanse teas that your only supposed to do for 14 days or whatever. By the way, it's way more servings than 15 and I don't even know why it says that when the directions say add 1 tbs it's more like 30 servings or more. Bought it again already.  Read Less
