Pros

If you have sacroiliac back pain, this is your best choice on amazon. It helps my lower back and believe it or not sciatica. Needs a bit of readjustment throughout the day but otherwise works great.

This thing is a life saver. I have several of these belts and all have slight differences. I keep this in my backpack now in case i have any issues pop up.

The only downside of this belt is it smells like neoprene and the sizing was tricky. It disguises pretty well with clothing, not making it obvious you're wearing a belt. It's reasonably comfortable to wear.

Cons

This belt is very narrow and cut into my lower abdomen and was very uncomfortable. It has a fatal flaw. It literally only stays in place if you never move your position, which renders this item virtually useless.
