Pros

If you have sacroiliac back pain, this is your best choice on amazon. It helps my lower back and believe it or not sciatica. Needs a bit of readjustment throughout the day but otherwise works great.

This thing is a life saver. I have several of these belts and all have slight differences. I keep this in my backpack now in case i have any issues pop up.

The only downside of this belt is it smells like neoprene and the sizing was tricky. It disguises pretty well with clothing, not making it obvious you're wearing a belt. It's reasonably comfortable to wear.

Cons

This belt has a fatal flaw. It constantly slips. It literally only stays in place if you never move your position.

The belt is reasonably priced and worth the purchase as long as you realize this is an aid not a cure

Amazing compared to others where the velcro dies or body strap curls up all of the time the disadvantage of others that use wider strap

It is not very wide unlike most of the competitors

Have tried using the belt above and below clothing and using many different types and brands of skin cream to help but to no avail
