This has talc as one of its ingredients. I feel great, more energy and my skin and nails are looking good. This vitamin formula is my go-to for a comprehensive vitamin supplement.
Cons
Will not use for safety concerns. They have soy bi products in it. No recomiendo a personas con edad menor de 40 años that la consuman, pues en mi caso tengo 39 a years and me causó mareos desde la primera toma.
