Pros
Bang for your buck. Will see how durable over time. I have 40 to 50 year old herman miller and eames chairs that are still going strong. Made in china price is very competitive with made in usa herman miller products costing much more.
Once you clear away the 5 layers of weird packaging it snaps together like an erector set. Easy to setup, took me about 15 min to unpack and setup. My chair did not come damaged and was easy to assemble.
Soft and supple leather feels very comfortable to sit in. More breathable over long stretches.
The arms rest do pivot in and maybe that will help. Arms adjust up and down, and also rotate in and out. The head rest and arm heights are also adjustable.
The sweet smell of leather surrounds me in expensive bliss s i sip my morning coffee and do state reportables.
Cons
The lumbar support is a joke. The armrests have extraordinary adaptability but they don't stay put. The bracket that holds the back support is very cheap and brittle abs plastic.

Perhaps this was the result of movement during shipping but for the price paid it should have been packed with more care

Same packaging oddities and while the controls were substantially more robust it was but not as nice of a chair believe it or not
If amazon basics packaging is a 10 this is a negative 10

It held up really well up until this past summer when the leather had started to fray on the seat and had completely peeled off on the lumbar support area revealing the foam guts

I debated locating a place to get it reupholstered but it wouldve cost about the same as buying a brand new chair
