There is no data on long term administration of berberine while it may be working good for me now there is no prediction for dosing over 6 or 10 or more years there is little such information on any drug there may be accumulative effects from long term use there certainly are such problems with all the antihypertensive medications i was taking that is why i stopped

But i find berberine doesnt have the side effects that metformin gave me like stomach distress to put it politely
